Formula One without Ross Brawn would be impossible since the late 1970's. His role started in Formula One when the newly formed Williams team hired him in 1978 as a mechanic. From there he progressed through teams such as the Arrows, Benetton, Ferrari and Honda, as everything from aerodynamicist to technical director and then finally Team Principal, and now becoming the founder of the newest hit team in Formula One, the Brawn GP racing team.
